PITT MEADOWS LABOUR DAY SOCCER TOURNAMENT

The Pitt Meadows Labour Day Soccer Tournament was reintroduced to the soccer fraternity four years ago after a three-year absence. It has served as a terrific pre-season warm-up for the many teams that enter, and provides a welcome opportunity for coaches to “work out the kinks” before their teams embarked upon the season-long league and cup schedule.

The tournament is open to Boys Gold, Silver and Bronze/House-level teams and Girls Gold, Silver A and Silver B teams, in the Under-11 up to Under-18 age groups, who’re registered with the BC Soccer Association.

All games are are played on parks in and around the City of Pitt Meadows, located about a 30-minute drive from the City of Vancouver.

The Pitt Meadows Labour Day Soccer Tournament is sanctioned by the BC Soccer Association, the Alouette (boys) and the North District Girls Soccer Associations, the governing bodies in this region.

The Entry Fee for the 2008 Pitt Meadows Labour Day Soccer Tournament, which is being held August 30-September 1, is $350.00 per team (Including GST).
